The working principle:
Spindle bearings on both sides of main shaft, through motor and reduction gear, rotary main shaft drives the spiral arrangement blades, make the blades on two shafts are meshing together, to tear, raw materials, and repeating this move to finished shredding. electronic control parts has a Reverse automatic control devices, when overfeeding or raw material is too big, Machine will inverted running and stop, avoid damage of blades or motor. To improve the service life and cutting ability, the main shaft through conditioning processing, and use high quality imported blades.
