Polyurea Polyurethane Painting Equipment Airless Coating Machine
The high-pressure airless sprayer uses a high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize the paint to 3000PSI (210kg / cm). The high-pressure paint is delivered to the spray gun through the high-pressure hose, and the pressure is released through the nozzle to form an atomization, which forms a dense coating. Since compressed air is not required for atomizing paint, it is called airless spraying.
Advantages:
1. extremely high coating efficiency. The spraying efficiency is as high as 500-1200 square meters per hour, which is more than 10 times that of traditional roller construction
2. excellent surface quality. The spray coating is smooth, smooth, dense, free of brush marks, rolling marks, and particles.
3. extend the service life of the coating. High-pressure airless spray can make the paint particles penetrate into the gaps of the wall, make the paint film also form a mechanical bite on the wall, enhance the adhesion of the paint, and extend the service life.
