F-437 pipeline anti-corrosion paint is designed to slow down or prevent the pipeline from being eroded and deteriorated by the chemical and electrochemical effects of the internal and external media or by the metabolic activities of microorganisms.

It is made of epoxy resin as the main film-forming material, adding various anti-rust pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, leveling agents, thinners, dustproof agents, etc.
Product Features
This product is a high-performance anti-corrosion coating. The coating is smooth, dense, hard, and has strong adhesion. It is excellent in salt and alkali resistance, sea water resistance, soil microbial corrosion resistance, and plant root and stem penetration resistance. The composite use of paint and glass fiber cloth can enhance the mechanical properties of the anti-corrosion layer. Normal temperature coating, natural curing, easy construction, can be used manually or mechanical construction, especially suitable for on-site use.
The main purpose
Mainly used for anticorrosion of the inner and outer walls of steel pipelines buried underground or underwater for oil, gas, water supply and heating pipelines.
Surface treatment
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry and free from contamination. Before painting, all surfaces should be evaluated and treated according to the ISO8504: 2000 standard.
1. Steel with scale:
Sand blasting to Sa2.5 grade, or pickling, neutralizing and passivating;
2. Steel without scale:
Sand blasting to Sa2.5 grade, or wind or electric elastic grinding wheel to St3 grade;
3. Steel coated with shop primer:
The paint film damage, rust and white rust on the zinc powder primer are subjected to secondary rust removal, the white rust is removed and polished to St3.
