2. Features of Our 120t/d complete rice mill machine
FOTMA 120T/day complete rice mill machine is a new generation rice milling plant for processing raw paddy from cleaning rough impurities such as leaves, straws and more, removing stones and other heavy impurities, husking the grains into rough rice and separating rough rice to polish and clean rice, then grading the qualified rice into different grades for packaging. This rice milling line can produce about 5 ton white rice per hour. It includes pre-cleaning machine, vibrating sieve cleaner, suction type de-stoner, rice husker, paddy separator, rice whiteners, water mist polisher, rice grader and color sorter, automatic packing machine, main working machines and magnet sorter, conveyors, electrical control cabinet, collecting bins, dust-discharging systems and other accessories, also as per request the steel storage silos and paddy drying machine can be supplied, too.

1. This complete rice mill machine can be used to process both long-grain rice and short-grain rice(round rice), suitable to produce both white rice and parboiled rice, high output rate, low broken rate;

Q9:- What is your warranty period?
A:- Our company offer 12 months warranty since goods arrival at destination. If there is any quality problem which caused by material or workmanship fault during the warranty period, please contact us directly and we'll supply free spare parts for replacement.
Q10:- What is the warranty range?
A:- The quality problem which caused by material or workmanship fault will be covered by warranty. The wearing parts and electric device are not included in warranty range. Any troubles and damages that caused by misplacement, misuse, improper operation, poor maintenance and non-compliance with seller's instructions will however be excluded from the guarantee.

A:- Our usual price is based on FOB China. If you request CIF price including freight cost, please let us know the discharging port, we will quote freight cost according to the machine model and shipping size

A:- The prices for machines and installation are quoted separately. The price of machines does not include the installation cost.
Q13:- If you supply installation service?
A:- Yes. We can send engineers to guide your local workers to install and debug the machines. The engineers will guide you install the machines, test and commissioning, as well as train your technicians on how to operate, maintain and repair the machines.

A:- Here are the charges of installation services might be incurred:
