Epoxy Resin Coating Powder Polyester Floor Painting Anticorrosive Floor Paint

The anti-corrosion floor paint is a three-component paint, suitable for anti-corrosion tanks, heavy machinery surface treatment and the floor of corrosion-prone areas of chemical enterprises, anti-corrosion engineering of the petroleum industry and chemical tanks of sewage tanks, etc. Strong penetration resistance, resistance to strong acids, alkalis, salts and various organic solvents, high surface hardness and good compactness.
 

Construction process

1. Ground treatment: polish, repair, remove dirt and dust according to the ground conditions;

2. Epoxy primer: use a strong primer with excellent permeability and adhesion to roll coat to enhance surface adhesion;

3. Fiberglass laying: Lay a fiberglass cloth in full;

4. Epoxy mortar: Add epoxy two-component to quartz sand and coat it evenly with trowel;

5. Epoxy putty: Add appropriate amount of putty powder with epoxy two-component, and evenly coat it with multiple trowels;

6. Heavy-duty anti-corrosion topcoat: apply two to three times with heavy anti-corrosion topcoat;

7. The time for putting the floor into use: 10-24 hours after painting, it can be used by people and 72 hours before heavy pressure. When the temperature is low, the interval should be extended appropriately.
